Mr. Gregory and Mr. Mark performed an excellent job preparing and packing all of my belongings for shipment to Germany. They carefully wrapped, secured, and arranged every item to prevent movement or damage during transit. I was truly impressed by their attention to detail and professionalism—especially when I saw how thoroughly they wrapped my suitcases. They worked efficiently and moved incredibly fast while still maintaining high-quality standards. We had a fantastic experience with this company. They delivered our military household goods. And this was by far the best moving crew we have ever had. They had a large crew ready to work and knocked this out rather quickly. Every single staff member was so kind! They provided assembly of several items and did an amazing job. The crew was led by Mr. Mike and I just cannot thank that team enough! Thanks for making this one of the least stressful military deliveries we have ever had! We appreciate you!

Had an amazing experience with the three ladies who did our military pack out on November 20, 2024. They were efficient, throughout the whole process. I wish they would have did my previous pack out as those people were ridiculous. Keep up the great work and again thank you.

So many issues with this company it’s a shame the military uses them. They lost pieces to put our bedframe together that was not even a month old, and tried to have an attitude with us when we stated we had no idea how they went missing… we weren’t allowed to pack anything? They packed things in the most random spots, took a car kit with jumper cables from our garage and stuffed my nice kitchen utensils in it. We had been looking for this stuff for weeks, had we not needed to jump a friends car it easily would have been a year before we found these things. And stuffing my NICE kitchen belongings in a dirty bag that was in our garage? unacceptable. They don’t want to take accountability for their movers throwing things everywhere. We had so many issues with this move (over 30 boxes were either shipped in error—should have been in long term storage- or not shipped as requested—beds, clothes, TV, etc). Moreover, they shipped firearms to a country where those items are prohibited—placing me and my career in jeopardy. After nearly a month of ghosting, I received a reply and thought we had a solution, but have again been ghosted for over a month. Military members in Texas should consider putting this moving company on the “Do Not Hire” list. Overall, this problem hasn’t been solved in over 6-months.
