Initially we were told it would be a three day project. After three days we were told it was actually a 5 day project and that they would need to come back to finish it. It took well over two weeks for them to come back and even then after two days it still wasn’t finished and took over a week for them to come back and it still isn’t done. We have been dealing with this situation since the beginning of July and we are now at the end of August, with no idea when it will be completed. The project manager, Justin, apparently has no idea how to manage this project. Jeff from Specialty Restoration of Texas roofing did an a great job with our insurance company a year ago for our new roof. And after a year, because of strong wind in Texas, there was some damage and he came out to inspect and repaired the roof in under a week without charging me anything.
