I had a great experience with Wayne Hyde Plumbing. After the recent freeze caused serious damage to my entire backflow system, Kasey came out and handled everything from start to finish. He did an excellent job repairing the whole system and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Kasey was very respectful, showed up right on time, and completed the job in a timely manner. He was also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend Wayne Hyde Plumbing and especially Kasey if you need reliable, quality plumbing work done!

Reached out to get the annul required backflow testing done. Customer service was great super easy and simple to schedule. Company was able to come out same day arrived within the window he stated and also called beforehand and answered all my questions. Professional and friendly upon arriving. I had been putting it off out fear it would be a hassle but they made it easy sent the invoice straight to my phone and the results were submitted to the city in less than 30 minutes. Definitely will be using again in the future.

Kasey came in and saved the day. My son's shower was not draining. He came in, made no mess (didnt judge for a messy teenagers bathroom) and got it flowing again. He gave me some options for if it happened again and helped me understand options for another repair I was thinking about . He's really fast, professional and understands the job. This is the 2nd time we have used Wayne Hyde Plumbing and this experience was just as pleasant as the first time. Tim called us to let us know he was on the way as promised. When he arrived he surveyed the job and explained what he proposed to do and told us the cost. He asked if we approved of his proposal which we did. He worked quickly and had the job done in no time at all. Tim was very polite and really seemed to care. He explained some simple maintenance procedures we could do in the future. Who knew having a plumber could be such a pleasant experience.

Awesome! The repairs were completed as agreed and within budget. Alex did an excellent job. He was courteous, professional and mindful of furniture & personal items!
