Was speaking with him over the phone about his estimate to run a camera down a pipe to tell us is what is wrong. When I asked why it was so high, he said the camera is a $9k camera so why don't I buy one and tell him what I'd do it for. Then he hung up. I wasn't being rude, I just wanted to know why the cost for something that seemed to be low labor. Apparently, he didn't think customers should be allowed to ask such questions.

They came out a day early and repaired our system. They were very professional and informative. They were also upfront about cost (which was still fair). No complaints at all. Definitely recommend.
