I called at at 4:00 in the afternoon I'd lost the only key to my truck and was literally stranded at a store. They got all the information and told me a technician would call me back within a half hour 45 minutes later I called back and he said oh the technician didn't call you and I said no he hasn't and I'm stuck in a parking lot. He said no problem I'll call him and have him call you right away! Now it's 5:00 I have no way to lock my vehicle or drive my vehicle so I started looking for other locksmiths that were available. At 7:30 I gave up and I had to call my husband to come get me leaving my truck unlocked all night. I have since found out that you're not even in town! And the answering service didn't tell me really horrible business people I had used them before and swore I never wo

I misplaced the key for a shed lock. The owner quickly determined what key I needed and made me two keys. He was very personable and efficient. I am very happy with how this all worked out.

What a great experience! He was much cheaper than the local competition and was a joy to work with. The keys I brought for cutting and programming were incorrect for my vehicle. He said that was common for keys from Amazon. He recommended eBay as they seem to always work. Not only were they half the price of Amazon, they programmed in about 5 minutes. I will definitely return to A1 whenever I need locksmiths. Oh, and there was no charge for the failed attempt when I brought defective keys. I was amazed because he spent a lot of time working on troubleshooting them. Final word... the location is on the other side of the street from where maps show. Call first as he is mobile as well.
