11-19-2025 We called Lanes Septic tank service to have our septic pumped out. And they called us right back & came within NO time. The office girl was very professional got a hold of Matt. to see if he could come today or tomorrow. Matt called us within NO time & said he had one stop & we would be the next stop. We was pleased that fast & very professional. Of course we had some questions to ask Matt on septic issues he was very friendly & professional & answered all our questions in a professional manner & did a great job. This is our 2nd time using Lanes Septic service & we will remain using them in the future. Very professional & great timing a friendly company. had another local septic company trying to fix an ongoing issue for over a year with no resolution. I called this company on a Saturday, and by Monday morning they already had technicians in my yard. They didn’t initially have the exact part they needed, but made a quick parts run and had everything fixed before noon. Fast, professional, and efficient. I wish I had called them sooner.
