I like everything about Elliott Ortiz's Pressure Washing, LLC. Thank you Elliott Ortiz and son for the excellent job you both did cleaning the exterior of our home. Our house had not had a good cleaning since it was completed in 2019, and I wondered if we had waited to long to get a professional cleaning. I cannot believe how wonderful the house looks. I appreciate it that you removed all screens and cleaned them individually. I also appreciate that you cleaned all the windows on the house as well as the roof where needed. Surprisingly, you were able to get the mold out of the seams between the siding boards, which was pretty extensive. They also cleaned the ceilings of our porch, wiping them dry as well as the rest of the porch, pool enclosure screens and its structure. I really appreciat

I hired Elliott to pressure wash a commercial office and its surrounding concrete. Elliott came and qouted the project had some great suggestions. After setting a date Elliott and his son showed up on the date with no issues and went straight to work. Very impressed with how the project came out. Elliott and his son worked very hard and now my commercial office looks fantastic. We are now setup for him to return once a year. I highly recommend them for a great job at a very affordable price.
