A-1 Orange Exterior Building Services (“A-1”) has been performing window washing, pressure washing and painting services for EastGroup Properties, here in Orlando and Altamonte Springs, for over ten years. They help us maintain over 40 buildings, equating to almost 3 million square feet. We appreciate real service. We expect information that is accurate and factual. I had A-1 Orange Exterior come to my house to wash all my windows inside and outside. The two gentlemen who came were very friendly and very professional. They did an awesome job. Would highly recommend them!!!!!!!

A1Orange truck driving aggressive and wild on 408 nearly causing accidents. Tell your employees they need to drive better and represent your company.

Good service over the years. Like anything ,it depends on the person doing the job. Sofar haven't have any problems.unless something happens, the same person dose the job for years.
