A-1 Septic Tank Service

A-1 did an excellent job installing our septic system. They were efficient, and clearly experienced. Billy did great! Even with an audience. We had a few hiccups in communication getting scheduled, however Chad was very quick to remedy—would absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

The city did not have record of our septic system, which we need for a permit, so we asked these folks to come map it out. Called around and no other company would do it. It turned out it was due for a pump too. They had pumped and mapped it out in about 3 hours, and will help us submit it to the city. The were friendly and taught us all about the system while we watched them work. Huge thanks to Josh, Chad and the rest of the crew from A1 and Beam excavation.

They got the job done 5 days *before* the originally scheduled date when my system was starting the back up, cleared the filters and walked me through what to do to clear the main drain pipe. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Awful experience with this company! I couldn’t even get them to give me an appointment after waiting a week. I called to follow up and not only could I not get an appointment the lady hung up on me and I was just trying to have her leave a message. Very rude people – surprised there in business

Needed our septic tank pumped, they responded within 30 minutes of my first phone call. Very responsive and professional.
