A & A Appliance Service

I received great service. When I called to get information about service on my refrigerator they were clear about how the service would go. I set up an appointment for the next day and Dave was there on time with a great attitude and clear communication about what would happen during the service call. He diagnosed the problem and explained what the cost would be. It was complete in 30 minutes. I recommend highly recommend.

I’ve been using A&A Appliance Service for years and have been satisfied every single time. Dave is always pleasant, knowledgeable, and respectful and has been able to repair every single appliance I’ve ever called for. I would recommend the service to anyone in need of an appliance repair.

I came in to check if they had a driver belt for my washer. The guy helping me tossed the belt onto the counter and said that was the part. I could tell there was a difference but he insisted. Price me at about $40 for a $9 dollar part. I agreed as long as they accept the part back if it wasnt the right one for my washer. He replied back with a confrontational "NO!". I said no thank you and walked out. From the look of other comments on here, this is natural for this company unfortunately.

Dave is just an amazing professional. He is very knowledgable and is so experienced in his field. We have known him for over thirty years and his advice and expertise are super! !

Had my broken ice maker changed by Nick and he did an awesome job! Very knowledgeable and friendly man. Been using A&A for twenty years and always great service.
