I appreciate him taking the time to explain everything and show me the process of what was being done/worked on. He also took the time to review and give estimates on other areas of the house that I had plumbing questions about for future reference. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Utility Plumbing Services! I can’t say enough good things about Utility Plumbing Services. Right out of the gate, I could tell that Cody, the owner, really takes pride in his company. You don’t see that kind of care and integrity much these days. I had an issue and reached out—Cody had a tech at my place in Costa Mesa the very next morning, right on time. Kyle was awesome. Super respectful, clean, and took the time to explain everything to me in plain terms. What I appreciated most was how honest they were. No upselling, no pressure—just straightforward options and solid advice. They ended up hydro jetting my plumbing and helped identify a few other problem areas that they’ll be back to fix.
