I cannot recommend Union Garage Door Company in Redondo Beach highly enough. We had the pleasure of working with Mike, who was truly outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly patient and took the time to explain every detail, making sure we fully understood what needed to be replaced and why. It is rare to find someone so trustworthy in this industry. After we got home and tried to shut down the garage door, the door got stuck on top and sprang right back. We tried several times and finally the door completely gave in and really got stuck and was uneven. We immediately called Union because they are the closest to our home and they have good reviews. Mike arrived promptly, explained everything thoroughly and addressed our concerns and questions very patiently and professionally. After having discussion of different options, he then put everything back on tract, replaced both springs and cables, rebalanced, maintained and lubricated the whole system.
