My husband is currently in Saudi Arabia, and he was able to contact them from all the way over there to help us with the issues on both of our door gates. He handled everything over the phone, and they took care of the entire process smoothly, making it completely stress free for me here at home. The service was fast, professional, and extremely reliable. The quality of the new keys is excellent, super strong, durable, and not bendable at all. You can really tell they use good materials and take pride in their work. I truly appreciate the great customer service and how easy they made everything. Gary was very helpful and even did a couple extra things we needed for free. He was Polite, kind and did everything we needed. I would recommend him to anyone who needs key service 10/10!

Gary is very professional. Had a bad cylinder on the front door lock which ended up not working after being replaced. Gary came back and replaced it right away. Great service. Will definitely use again when I need a locksmith.
