Time Warner came and laid a new cable across the grass that needed to be installed underground about 2 weeks ago. They said the excavating company would call to set up a day/time to come bury it. I said it was MANDATORY that they call to schedule when they will arrive - I work 12 hour shifts and need to be home when things happen around the house in order to calm my dogs and kids. A&A showed up at 0745 on a SATURDAY; I had just gotten into bed and fell asleep after my shift. They did NOT call to schedule an appointment. Additionally, they BROKE the lock on my back gate to get into my yard to get to part of the cable. On top of that, my lawn furniture was knocked over and strewn about the patio. If you see them coming.... RUN!! Time Warner Cable uses this company to bury cable lines. Issue #1. The cable was laying in my yard for 2 weeks before they came to bury it. Issue #2. I work from home and travel so I need to know when something is going on disconnect my cable and at my home. Issue #3. They did not call prior to coming which I'd previously requested. I had an important conference call which now has to be rescheduled and I"m EXTREMELY upset!! I called TWC to complain about the 2week cable issue and the A&A service. It is official, I'm switching to AT&T at the end of the month.

I've read the bad reviews, that all seem to be old. I don't know what was happening years ago, but two days ago, this man came to my house to bury cable. He was driving a vehicle that was properly signed as a contractor for Spectrum. I will loudly admit that I do not like Spectrum. But this man, the contractor, was fast, friendly, and very kind, and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He did show up without an appointment, but the making of the appointment was up to Spectrum, and all they did was send a computerized call telling me somebody would be there in the next seven days. I was asleep when he arrived, and my big dogs that will bite strangers, were outside. He had his son distract the dogs on one side of the yard, while he closed the gate on the other side of the yard, so he c

A & A was very responsive in coming back out when we initially thought they had cut our sprinkler system line while burying some cable lines. They sent a technician out the same day I called and made the complaint to fix the problem. After learning that A & A Service DID NOT cause our water leak, Gama their technician was kind enough to take the time to show my husband where he had dug in our yard, as well as showing him where the sprinkler systems installer had installed a bad pipe which caused our leak. We appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to help us get the problem fixed.

Driver of their truck driving down Maudlin Road in Greenville, SC actually acted like they were trying to force the car in front of them out of the way. Very aggressive and dangerous. The law should have been involved, but they were nowhere around.
