A and Y Cleaning

Arndrà (pronounced Andre) and his son are a 2 man wrecking crew! The project that I hired them for was literally disgusting- we had a tenant destroy one of our properties, the way they left it was just horrid!!! Arndrà and his son came in and literally cleaned the place from top to bottom (minus the windows or exterior) with their great industrial products and A LOT of elbow grease!!! They knocked it out! It actually almost looks like a habital home again! They did pretty much all they could to bring it back to livable. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because there was some scheduling discrepancies at first and I am well aware of how bad it was, however it was only a total of 1000 sq.ft. space which includes the back screened porch. I feel the price was kind of high. I think

We couldn't be more pleased with Sydney. She did exactly what we asked, and she couldn't have been more thorough, yet she was fast - no messing around! Our house is sparkling clean! And besides that she was a joy while her - always a smile. Would definitely recommend this service. Ask for Sydney! Thank You !!

Made a call to to request a deep cleaning. I will tell you I was a bit apprehensive at first due to the price. I knew it was something that needed done though. I booked the cleaning. And they came over. Not only did they do an amazing job of my house. The cleaners themselves were amazing people. They took pride in their work, and it showed through their work, which made the price even more worth it in the end. I highly recommend. And would book through them again.

We were referred to A&Y by another company who was booked up when we were pressed for time to do a move-out clean ahead of an open house. The professionalism of each team member is unmatched. From first contact with Arndrá, to scheduling and payment, through to the crew showing up, communicating throughout, and finishing up with our walk through after hours of thoughtful deep cleaning, our experience with A&Y was phenomenal. The home was a LOT of work; we know that — but the crew did a wonderful job and cleaned in areas we’ve never been able to reach or were able to solve tough cleaning problems we weren’t able to — ever! We would highly recommend A&Y and would gladly hire them again ourselves in our new home. They’re fantastic!

Got an estimate from this cleaner. I explained that I had gotten a cleaning done that same month but wanted a deep clean to prep the house to be sold. The owner of the company asked for its state from a 1 to 10. Given that it was just cleaned and nobody lives in the house it was a 4. Their price was out of my price range I said thank and that I was okay. I didn’t even question their price, if that’s their price that’s their price who cares. Then the owner had the audacity to say that I was lying because deep cleans are never a 4 and that I should be honest because cleaning is a hard job. I am well aware cleaning is a very hard job. My mom was a cleaner for more than 15 years and it ruined her knee which is why I am looking to outsource. Either way it was out of my price range and I decline
