We recently had our roof replaced by ABC Roofing Specialists, and had a wonderful experience. Owner Silviano Sanchez came to the house with his foreman, and they measured and reviewed the current roof. All options were discussed regarding materials, process, schedule, and warranty. We received a detailed quote in writing within 48 hours, and it was very fair when compared to two other quotes we received. Our portals are a bit unique, and we requested a slightly darker color roofing material than most people use. Silviano gladly stopped by a second time to provide a color sample, and review how he would handle our tricky portals. We decided to proceed with ABC, and install a TPO roof. I recently had ABC re-roof my house. They are very responsive and fairly priced. They replaced my leaky roof with new decking and TPO and did roof maintenance also. We had a down-pour rain in Santa Fe shortly after the install, it was so nice to be in the house and know confidently that my roof wasn't leaking and I wouldn't have water all over my middle bedroom. ABC Roofing was responsive and fairly priced. They removed the brea roofing material and substrate, which had severely decayed, and installed TPO roofing. They immediately responded to small needed fixes after the installation. It was early spring so the turnaround time for the job was almost immediate. Their decisions about roof structures were seamless and accurate. Silviano, the owner, was very hands on with his team which we feel contributed to the high quality of the job.
