Oasis Water Well Drilling Inc.

I tried contacting this company multiple times, they would respond here and there but with no information of any value. It’s fine to tell a customer you cannot take on new clients but don’t give them a run around for over 6 months.

Had a buyer for my home and they wanted a well inspection so they ordered one from Oasis. They came out looked at the well, bled the air out of the holding tank, then tried to presser it and could not.So they told the buyer that the 6 year old tank was no good that the bladder was broken. On their word I ordered a new tank and had a certified plumber install it at the cost with the new tank of over $800.00. After the plumber took out the tank Oasis said was no good we took it to a compressor that I have and without a valve or stop where the water is held, it pressured up to specks and it is holding at speck for weeks now. The plumber tells me that there is nothing wrong with the tank and it looks new. I sent a letter to Oasis asking them for an explanation but they never answer so here's w

Oasis installed the well nearly 20 years ago. I was without water over the weekend and changed out the (clearly) blown capacitor. Unfortunately that did not work. Oasis came out Monday morning and checked the entire system, they tried every other inexpensive thing first to save the worst scenario however found that the pump was bad. Their service was remarkable. They never tried to cheat me or take any shortcut. They had a replacement pump overnighted and installed the next day. I gave them every opportunity to sell me a bigger/ better/ more expensive/ pump however they explained that it could cause problems. Other people would have jumped at the opportunity to oversell me. The pump they installed was more than powerful enough to do everything I needed and they replaced other various parts

I texted them and they responded quickly. Unfortunately they cant help me due to state issues, but appreciate the prompt reply! Thanks!
