I needed a new roof because my current roof was leaking. Richard's roofing came out to give me and estimate and within 2 days of my estimate started a new roof on my house. He helped me pick out a color that would work and match what was already on my house. They were professional and very efficient. They did a wonderful job. Happy with my new roof. It looks great.

Avoid this roofer, save your money, time & peace of mind. A one day job stretched out into 2 weeks. They improperly installed crickets that trapped & pooled water under the roofing material exacerbating an existing leak . A leak the crickets were supposed to solve. I have a new roofer coming in that has to remove everything Richard's installed, what they did couldn't be fixed. It was so poorly done the only solution is to remove it all.

Bought a house with a roof recently replaced by Richards Roofing. Under strong rain the roof is leaking. Presumably the roof has a 10-year warranty, which in reality means nothing. First, it's hard to contact the company for anything. Second, the guy keeps saying that the roof is all great and it is the vent installed incorrectly and causes the leak. Even when all the vents are completely closed/covered, the leak is still there. The roof has at least 2 major design problem. First, the shingles are not designed to withstand hail damage, and hail is common here. Second, the place where the shingles meet the flat roof of the garage, it is the lowest point of the flat roof, with no proper drain path organized.
