There were two of four zones not heating which was caused by a mixture of one bad pump and two mis-wired thermostats. It took two guys to diagnose and make the repairs, but it was all completed in one afternoon and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend A&B Heating & Sheet Metal.

Hired for a broken sewer line between house and street. Break was repaired and serviceable the same day. Fairly quick response. The yard has not been repaired, and the vent has not been cut off at grade. The price was good compared to other quotes we received.

Very pricey for the services I received. Technician was late from time given. He was there maybe a total of 15 minutes. The services he did I could have done myself. Never received a bill from them. Got a call about a month and a half later saying my bill was overdue. Said they would send out another one. Two weeks later still no bill told receptionist I would stop down to pay it said she would have bill waiting for me. When I got there she couldn’t find my bill and had to print another one out. All in all not very pleased with the service I received.

Ryan is phenomenal to work with! Anytime I need something he is right there when you call. I have had fabulous service and happy to support them. We have had some issues with equipment and he got to the bottom of it ASAP.

The receptionist McKenzie and Stephanie are wonderful! But the service guy frank was horrible, kept walking in my house like he owned it. When I handed him the heat tape to put on my waterlines he opened the box and left the garbage on the floor in my house then did not turn our water back on before he left and after a few hours we called wondering why we had no water he told the receptionist that it would take 24 hours at most to get water back but after a few hours of no water I got suspicious and went to check the main valve and it was completely turned off. Overall not bad service because we got water in the end but Frank was horrible. Thank you for helping us get water though
