Gatesway Cleaning & Restoration LLC

So grateful for Gatesway who came out and did an amazing job on our VERY old shag carpet! We have had over a decade of kids, pets and river water. They came out to our camp when we were in town and even booked us last minute. Service was great and friendly! They had an amazing special so our whole place was done for a great price! Worth every penny!

We stopped at Gatesway with the thought that I needed to have an 8-foot runner rug cleaned which we had bought. I thought it had a large light stain on it. Paula Gates and Andrew Stalder were so professional and helpful. They confirmed for me that I had a wool rug, but that it was not dirty. What I thought was a stain was actually an area where the direction of the nap of the rug lays in a different direction. After I thought about it, the nap of the rug is very thick and if someone had placed a heavy solid piece of furniture on it and the nap was pushed back in a different way, that might explain the issue. The bottom line is that Paula and Andrew did not take advantage of us. They said if they were to clean it now, it would look exactly the same. They explained that we should just enjoy

I'm blown away with Gatesway! I have a white sectional with two very large black dogs and it's not an easy task to get them clean. I can be a little picky when it comes to my furniture so if I have any concerns they address them promptly and always treat me kindly. Thank you, Gatesway for always taking care of us!

Gatesway responded to my email right away and set up a visit very quickly. They cleaned pet odors out of the carpet that I never thought could be removed. Fast and thorough service and way less expensive than I had thought it would be. Nathan was great and even played with the dogs.

Great job. Rugs are clean no spots. No water damage on floor. He is very pleasant to have in your home Very consciences and polite.
