Excellent customer service. We had to order custom doors. The employees were very helpful, patient, and professional. The doors came a week earlier than promised. Excellent quality for the price.

I stopped by Lowe’s in Warren, Pa to check out new smoker grills for barbecuing. I had an idea of what I was looking for but was unable to find someone to help me. That’s when Kim from paint walked by and asked if we were being waited on by an associate of Lowe’s and offered to help us out with picking out our new grill. She made the process so easy and an amazing experience for us. She showed us the difference in the grills and the advantages of each one helping me narrow down exactly what I was looking for. She has an incredibly beautiful personality and made our overall experience at Lowe’s very fun! Thank you Kim for our awesome shopping experience at Lowe’s in Warren, Pa!

Terrible customer service. Bought $1000 in cabinets. Sign said 25% off all in stock cabinets $400 or more. Argued with me about the sign being valid for our cabinets. Finally said, "ok, do it this once". Like they're doing me a favor, or like I'm scamming them. I said they should take their sale signs down before someone else is misled. I've spent a ton of money here the past few months. None of it has been a good customer experience. Very disappointed. Home Depot is looking better every time I come here.
