They always deliver within the specified time period to my home in New Haven and in the 10 years we've been using them I can honestly say not ONE problem ever. Couple of years ago, I accidentally ran out of fuel and they primed and restarted the burner for me without charge. This morning ( Sat., 2/15/25), at 12:45 am, I notice my house is unusually cold. I checked my tank and once again it appears I've run afoul of the heating oil fairy. Even as s I sit here freezing in the middle of the night, I feel sure they will help me out by making the requisite delivery asap. I will buy some diesel from the gas station in the meantime.

First time using them, simple, easy, punctual, competitive, definitely my new oil delivery company. Highly recommend!!
