We love A Better Crawl!! Throughout the entire process, I was blown away by their professionalism and knowledge. We had our crawlspace encapsulated and it was worth every penny. I really appreciated Nick and Jeremy’s willingness to take the time to answer my many questions, both over the phone or in person. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why, which made me feel 100% confident that we used the right company. We immediately noticed an improvement in indoor air quality and we’ve had a plumber, electrician, and HVAC company all compliment our beautiful, clean crawlspace. 30 years after building my home, I needed extensive work done in my crawl space. Rats had torn down insulation and chewed through my heat duct, leaving an unsanitary mess. Matthew, Michael, and Jeremy from A Better Crawl did a terrific job cleaning out the crawl space and installing new insulation on the pipes and in the floor. They also installed stronger screens on all the vents, sealed entry spots that rodents were using, and built a secure hatch that would keep rodents from getting under the house. They were polite and professional at all times, keeping me informed of the progress they were making. They even finished the job a day early, which was appreciated. Just said goodbye to Jeremy, Michael and Zach who worked on our cellar and crawlspace for 7 hours and left it clean and odor-free. They went above and beyond replacing some insulation around our ducts with a better material and were careful about pest-proofing the space. My wife who doesn't often deal with contractors and craftspeople mostly interacted with them and commented several times about how pleasant and professional they were.
