I had only been in my home a few weeks and discovered a critical run off problem on my roof. It was destroying the brick patio below and leaving heavy water damage against my foundation. We called Joe at A Better Handyman LLC to see about changing the iron porch rails on the front of our home for some wooden rails. Matt, Rodney (and Joe) came bright and early this morning to do our project. After removing the rusting iron rails, Matt and Rodney proceeded with building the new rails. Not having any particular "design" in mind, we would peek at the progress along the way and were so pleased with how this job was turning out. When the job was completed, we were simply thrilled with the results. These guys did a superb job in making sure our new rails are not only strong and sturdy, but they had safety at the forefront as well, using beveled edges, sanding for smoothness and an additional metal hand rail attached as well. Outstanding service, friendly and efficient workers. They literally came out the same day and fixed my leaky roof within four hours of my initial call. They sent pre-work and post-work photos. Very impressed, would give six stars if I could!
