Recently Alex, a fully Licensed Contractor, Purchased and registered "A C Construction" as "AKC Construction & Remodeling" Alex has proven himself as a skilled contractor for construction of stairs, decks, fencing, vinyl mobile home skirting as well as full wall vinyl siding plus much more! He has built us two new staircases, installing new skirting on our brand new 2025 Doublewide Manufactured Home! Alex's own technic for skirting saves money while reducing the lenght of the vinyl skirting panel and making it strong! He uses treated wood 2 x 4s for the base held in the ground with 12 to 16 inch 3/4 inch thick concrete form stakes with screw holes which attach the wood to the ground stakes plus he attaches treated 2 x 4s to the bottom frame under the homes siding with long 6 inch screws to
