Nathen has great communication skills, is very accommodating, my 6*8, I believe, wool area rug was taken and returned promptly. It was bright soft and the strange oder is completely gone. This is a family hereloom. I played on this rug in Germany as a young child. I trust him completely! He seems to be a wonderful family man. Keep it local!

Nathan is an owner/operator and thus takes his time to get the carpet as clean as absolutely possible. I have used him several times at different properties and he always does a fantastic job.
