Electrician showed up promptly was courteous and seems to have done a professional job. But.... they didn't mention their hourly rate, which includes travel time. ($135 per hour). I was charged $454.11 to change out a faulty pigtail on a 110 water heater. Pretty extreme, considering the 10gal water heater cost less than that.

They were wonderful! They were a super nice and updated all of our outlets on the day of inquiry. They even vacuumed up any bits that needed to be cleaned before they left. Something I have never had with any type of maintenance crew member! Thank you so much for being respectful to my house! They also explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand what was happening. 100% recommend!

We called to get on the schedule for some minor repairs and they said that they would be able to do the work, but it'd be a few weeks before they could get out to our house. After a few weeks had passed, I called to check on the status and was told that we were scheduled for that week, but they weren't sure which day it would be because their scheduling person was out. They said to call back the next day. After calling back again, I learned that they were dropping all of the residential jobs that they had already scheduled because they were taking a big contract with ODOT. They did not fulfill the work that they had said they would do for a job that likely paid a little more money. Pretty low!

Came over in a timely manner and were both very nice and professional. I didn’t get to pick my electric company due to the fact that I am renting, but when I own my own house or if anyone asks I will now always have a great place in mind! Thanks for keeping my house safe for my family 😊

I have had nothing but awesome service from Reese electric. Owner Randy has always been kind, courteous, and a true professional. We have gutted and done a full remodel of our home and have used Reese for the entire project. Everything was done well beyond our expectations!!
