A & C Development

We hired A&C Development to purchase and install our landscaping plan by Sears Smith & Associates. We received quality material at a fair value and the team of installers were amazing! The install team was very professional, took great detail in planting each tree, plant, shrub, flower, etc. showing their expertise in creating our outdoor space. They showed up on time, worked very hard while they were on site, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up when they were finished each day. We love the results and look forward to giving them future business as we construct an outdoor living space. They are an excellent choice for installation and construction of any outdoor space!

I posted on a local Facebook page asking where to get some yard work done such as leveling and debris removal. I got several responses recommending A&C land development. I got a quick response and a very professional viewing of the area that needed work. I got an email back with a quote and was able to schedule quickly. My yard still had some big trees but he was able to maneuver perfectly around them without damaging anything. The work was done beyond what our expectations were. We would recommend this company again over and over and will use them again in the future if needed.

A & C Development were simply a pleasure to work with. Our HOA has used them on multi year projects for our community and always been pleased with their work. They were on time, on budget and stood behind all of the material they installed. Even when a few of the plants had to be replaced they were right on top of it and happy to do it. They go above and beyond and even met with our maintenance crew (different company) on more than one occasion to coordinate how the new and existing material should be maintained. Highly recommend them.

A & C Development worked on a major renovation for our family last summer. I was blown away by the quality of work and the personal service provided. A & C truly partnered with us as the customer and were very responsive to our input and feedback along the way. The project was delivered on time and we were delighted with the quality of the work. A number of months after the work was completed we had a small issue with some boards that had shifted with settling. A & C was back out to correct the issue within the week with zero haggling.
