A Couple & A Dream

We had a GREAT experience working with Javier and Ana to remodel our primary bathroom. We wanted to keep the shower as is but update everything else. They worked with us to come up with a vision and we are so happy with the way it turned out! Javier and Ana were very communicative, checked in on the project work almost daily, and overall a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommended them to anyone looking to complete projects around their home.

SAVE YOUR MONEY & HIRE SOMEONE ELSE! When installed materials started coming undone, Karen quickly stated that they wouldn’t stand behind the work. The installer they sent knows the adhesive requires pressure applied and just didn't adequately apply pressure in one of the three areas where the material was applied. It would have taken them 1 hour max to correct. I guess this Couple’s Dream is to take the money and run…not to be honorable service providers.

We have been looking for awhile to find a company that would perform soffit/fascia repairs needed on a corner of our home. Unfortunately it was a situation where we had a few contractors look at the job, state they could do it, and just never contacted us again. When I contacted Javier from A Couple & A Dream, I was pleasantly surprised at the very positive/efficient response, and subsequent communication follow-ups. They quoted the work to be done, let us know all along the way what was going on, and successfully completed the repairs in just a couple of days. Their team were very professional, honest and personable. Javier was very personable in working with us to ensure we got our home repaired to our satisfaction. Both Javier and Ana followed up in person to ensure we were happy

Javier and his team were so professional even when we had a miscommunication and we were not as professional as we should’ve been. We had to reschedule last minute which was entirely our fault and when we had Javier‘s team out they did a great job and did not seem to hold any grudges 😅. I would definitely recommend this company. We only had them replace rotting wood around all our landscaping beds but it was A+ work.

What an extremely professional couple and company, willing to go the extra mile to help you achieve the quality you want in the work on your home. They've already done two jobs in my home. One was a complete exterior facelift replacing the entire fascia and painting the entire exterior as well as fixing load-bearing columns and exterior damage. On another job they replaced my vanity and toilet and completely gave my bathroom a facelift. I've been extremely impressed by how modern and professional this small company is. I will definitely be bringing them in for more repairs and upgrades. Thanks Javier and Ana!
