I requested better communication from them, as we could never quite figure out if and when they would be providing service to our property. Sometimes Tuesday, sometimes Thursday. Sometimes not at all. They claimed they couldn't access our backyard when we were charged for service we didn't receive, but we were not notified of any issues and our cameras did not show any evidence of their presence - and we were home the entire day. Jennifer had an emotional response to the request for better notice of service dates & times, and chose to cancel all future services rather than provide clarity. Professionalism is unfortunately lacking.

Hired ACA last summer after having a bad experience with another landscaper, and have been nothing but satisfied. They respond quickly and do great work!
