A Fine Handyman Paul and Oden Fischer

Paul does great work. I hired him to help me on a project to put down plywood flooring and gym mats over carpet for my gym and a yoga space to make it a stable surface to practice. He also installed mirrors to the walls. The results were fantastic. Check out how clean he made the cuts around the fireplace. He's great at communicating and executing. I recommend him.

We were referred to Paul and Oden by a friend, and have already hired them twice! Last year, Paul and Oden built three new flights of outdoor wooden steps for us. Paul went above and beyond by even incorporating three simple planter boxes to the right of our front steps. This year, we hired the two of them to build a backyard deck for us, which they made very quick work of one hot, Summer afternoon. They are both incredibly skilled at what they do, communicative, pleasant, and all around hard working individuals. We will be hiring them again in the future!

I live in an almost 120 year old home so projects are never ending. Paul completed 2 projects for me - Installed an interior cellar door and installed 5 windows in my basement. My basement used to be FREEZING in the winter. It is now comfortable and I couldn't be more happy! Paul is calm, patient and detailed. I had several reservations about the door he was installing but his reassurance set me at ease. He listens and walks you through projects. I would highly recommend him for any project, big or small.

Paul does quality work in a timely manner. He is a good communicator and is very responsible.

Paul was flexible with his time, and direct about cost. I had him install an attic pull-down staircase, and am happy with the results, and plan to continue working with him on various projects around the house going forward.
