I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I initially scheduled a visit to see if they could replace a water heater. The technician who came out said it would be no problem, advised me to purchase the water heater myself, and told me to call back to schedule the installation. When they returned for the install, a different technician said they could not install the water heater after all. Despite the fact that this was something their first technician explicitly approved, I was still charged a trip/service fee. In total, I am now out nearly $400 with absolutely no work completed. I called the office to discuss the bill, hoping for some resolution, but the office staff were rude and dismissive, which only added to the frustration. This could have been avoided with proper comm

Bad experience. Plumber came to diagnose an issue. He said they would return to fix it, but after repeated requests no one came. They offered various explanations, like ”we first need to check with the tech" and ”we first need to put together an estimate.” I sent a polite letter asking to reduce or waive the charges to account for their failure to resolve the problem. The letter was ignored.

Hard to figure out where to start. After being a loyal customer of 30+ years of a company that they acquired, I simply cannot believe their willingness to throw away that loyalty. As a landlord (or home owner) having reliable, responsive and courteous service is paramount. I called their 24x7 line for an emergency with a failed boiler, certainly the service was neither 24 or 7. When I followed up to figure out what the root cause was, the answer was: “you should call during business hours”. Followed by “anything else, I have other customers to get to”. WOW!! Use this company at your risk (as a landlord) to be dragged into housing court by your tenants!!!

placed an order for oil, needed a prime they send someone out for the prime, that guy said call the office you need oil. i said i paid, he calls and they proceed to tell him the ppl came to deliver oil to me . He said in looking right at it there is no oil. come to find out the oil guy delivered the receipt with how much oil i paid for , and left, no access to fill oil due to snow. Did anybody call me to tell me ? Nope, just left the receipt and went on about their day!! Prime guy gives me 10 gallons said it will last until tomorrow. Guess what? i didn’t even shower to try and save oil. NO OIL at 3am!! Not paying for another prime for something you all screwed up on.

Not what they used to be. Had a return appointment scheduled 10am-12pm. Never showed, never called. Called at 3:45...got answering service who had no info other than they will be in the office Monday AM. Not an emergency but bad customer service.
