I am absolutely blown away by the honesty and integrity of this company. I was having an issue with some bugs and called A Mr Pest Jr to get some pricing information. I spoke with Don, who was simply amazing. Instead of trying to immediately sell me on a service or schedule a visit, he took the time to listen to my problem. He was incredibly honest and just gave me some simple, professional advice on how I could handle the issue myself. He didn't charge me a penny or pressure me into a contract; he just genuinely wanted to help. This kind of customer service is so rare these days.
