Excellent service! Since the first call, I received nothing but excellent service. Eduardo, who is the customer service representative who attended my call, was very courteous and profesional. My calls or text messages were answered within appropriate time. Explanations about the quote and work were clear and detailed. There was never an attempt to sell a product or service that was not required or requested. There were no hidden fees or alterations to the bill. The quality of the work was good and when I pointed out things I wanted changed, there was no resistance and things got done as I requested. I would, and likely will, do business with them again. We've lived near a property in Los Altos where this company has been working on. The cut off for loud construction noise on Saturdays is 3PM. It's not enough they get SIX days to take care of things. No, they don't care if they break city code laws and use loud machinery closer to 4PM. UNACCEPTABLE. It shows absolute lack of professionalism and respect for the residents who are stuck listening to their construction noise. PLEASE RESPECT THE CITY CODES: M-F: 7AM-5:30PM SAT: 9AM-3PM NOT EARLIER, NOT LATER. Thank you.

Oscar told us it’d take 1-2 months but it ended up taking 6 months. The only reason he gets 2 stars is because the materials he used were high quality which was expected for the price we paid.

My backyard landscaping project was delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. The project included a paver patio, paver walkway, natural grass lawn, and veggie garden with automated irrigation and drainage. Thank you Eduardo & team AML.
