They ordered the parts needed immediately and returned to make the necessary repairs as soon as the parts came in. Very helpful, courteous and provided exceptional customer service.

I was taken by surprise. My washer machine is 10 years old and we decided to have it repaired rather than purchase a new one that would not be as reliable. A-OK Monroe Appliance Repair is the Techs to call for all Appliance Issues. No job is to small. My stove went out on me Saturday morning as I'm cooking breakfast. A-OK Monroe had a tech out by 11 to check it out and thankfully they had they part needed to fix it so I was up and running in time for dinner.
