Well today while they were doing road work that no one even warned anyone on our private lane that they would be doing, no notice, no letters, no warning, today they cut the main electric line when digging. The workers tried to deny it to business owners on our road and when I called the woman I spoke to also denied fault instead of taking responsibility and apologized and saying what they were planning to do to get it fixed asap they just denied it and she let me know she would pass my complaint along to the project manager when I asked to file a formal complaint. I’m a nurse and had to get ready for work in darkness. My uncle next door is running an appliance fixing business and they’re very big in the area and they’re all shut down as well which is messing with income as well. Not to me

If I could give lower I would. No respect for the property they work on, neighbors who live near by or the county in general. This is the mess they left behind for months now. Total disgrace.

This company just did major work in my neighborhood. What could have been a huge headache to us was made stress free by their men. The man in charge of the job took the time to introduce himself to all the homeowners and was always on site and available to answer questions. My dog even escaped the yard during construction and he stopped what he was doing to help me find my dog so he was not hurt in all the chaos. A new company has started the second half of the job in our neighborhood and they really make us miss A.P. Croll and Son. The. New company is impatient, rude, and have made no effort to communicate with owners, and have no signs posted when closing portions of the roads. I wish the whole job was something their company handled. Thank you for the great work!

Gus Croll, according to your receptionist you'll call me at your leisure? Do you think that is acceptable when you are costing me $,$$$, productivity and sanity ?! You, your VP and your assistant all away and no one knowing when you 3 are due back or when you are going to return my call. Very professional! You guys can't even dig around wires above the ground without cutting them let alone under! You've had equipment parked in front of my home for a month, tools and supplies scattered through my yard, HAVE CREATED EXTREME SAFETY HAZARDS, have blocked my driveway with your employees cars so I cant leave you dug my driveway and my easement, cut cables clearly marked and defined going to my house, but ACCORDING TO YOUR EMPLOYEES SINCE I DIDN'T HIRE YOU AND THEY DONT WORK FOR ME THEY DONT NE
