CALL BOB! He was the ONLY person willing to come out the same night to help. Five other "emergency" providers said they couldn't do it. Bob did, and that is why he will be who we call for any plumbing related issue first and foremost. Within an hour of last using water, our well pump decided to go up at 5 PM one day. I was 7 months pregnant, has just finished my work day, my husband was overseas (military) and he was up frantic in the middle of the night trying to get a hold of anyone or a solution. Bob showed up, eliminated possible solutions one by one and outside we went to check the pump. Great communication from quote to day the job was completed from Bob the owner operator. Professional in every sense of the word. Great work, good pricing. Worked solidly all day on a blistering hot day, on a long and more complicated sewer hook up install, srptic fill, all with a great attitude. Staff was awesome too in both attitude and competence...found out one was with him for 8 years. As a business owner myself, that speaks volumes. They will be my choice for all my plumbing needs going forward. A + experience.

We have used a few plumbers over the years and for one reason or another have been disappointed. First State was a very welcome change from the usual service! Bob actually answered the phone when I called to get a toilet issue fixed. His crew showed up a few hours later and Blake had the issue repaired in a few hours. The price was also shockingly reasonable! I will recommend First State to my friends and no doubt use them for all future plumbing problems.

Bob is super responsive and reliable. He shows up when he says he will and he does an excellent job. I have referred friends to Bob which is how much confidence I have in him.
