I can’t say enough good things about A&R Environmental. I contacted them in Sept 2019 when I noticed mold growing on a wall behind a piece of furniture. They arrived within 24 hours and did a thorough assessment and determined several walls, ceilings and floor tiles had a reading of 99% dampness. It was much worse than I had originally thought. They helped me trace the source of the water leak to two neighbors above me, whose HVAC had been flooding. They immediately brought in a HEPA air vacuum/scrubber to pull mold spores out of the air, and dehumidifiers to dry up the moisture. They installed a plastic barrier for mold containment and opened up the walls, removing all mold. Chad and Vlad did an excellent job for us! They were very professional and answered any questions throughout the day. They respected our home, taking care to avoid any damage to floors and walls, and cleaned up before leaving. Cost is higher than others, but as a remediation company, you feel assured that any problems will be addressed. We had some line issues in the crawl space that they corrected. Having purchased a house that was previously occupied for 15 years, I feel confident that our system will run more efficiently and our air flow is wonderful.

We came home to a flooded house on Christmas night at 7:30pm after being gone for 48 hours. There was a leak in the upstairs bathroom that went down to the first floor and finished basement. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He was also a really nice guy, easy to work with & easy to trust. I've been in the restoration business, so I was watching, listening & honestly judging. I was extremely impressed with their work from start to finish. They are dealing directly with our insurance company. That takes that work away from us which is a bonus.
