Osea was great to work with, his company presents tiered options and offered more than other exterior home companies I contacted (I reached out to more than a handful for service and pricing). My home exterior was in need of a cleaning (it was bad), being new to Delaware I didnt know this is something I would need to address annually. I will be using Osea and his team going forward, incredibly happy with this cleaning which included windows, screens and gutters along with the siding and scrubbing where it was needed. I hired Ortiz Pro Wash to clean my metal roof with solar panels. After 14 years, the metal roof, which is sand colored, was looking very dirty. I was cautious about who I hired because 1) the roof is metal and more slippery/dangerous than a shingled roof 2) I have solar panels and didnt want them damaged. I did shop around because roof washing prices are all over the map. Ortiz was the LOWEST bid I received. I am often skeptical about the lowest bid, but their reviews were very good and after speaking with him, I went with my gut feeling that he would do a good job . I need not have worried because Ortiz did an outstanding job! Other than a beautiful looking roof, there was no evidence they had been there after they left. I recently hired Ortiz Pro Wash to remedy five years worth of grime and mildew on my home. I could not have asked for a better experience. Brian and his guys went above and beyond from start to finish. They were prompt, friendly and efficient. My house looks great. I was especially impressed with their web based scheduling system. Those things are usually hit or miss, but this was definitely a hit for me. Btw...I was so impressed that I offered a gratuity which Brian refused...five stars all day long!

Excellent speedy Service - we will be using Ortiz Pro Wash in the Spring for all of our HOA power washing and Gutter Cleaning needs moving forward! They came the following day to clean out our gutters that were extremely clogged and way overdue for cleaning! Highly Recommended
