The representative Chanel that I initially spoke with inquiring about a quote for one of my properties was very nonchalant about my situation to begin with,which made me very nervous and feeling scared about the situation as a beginner investor/landlord and have never ever experienced any insects in any of my apartment buildings since I’ve owned them. Chanel does a wonderful job for Deerwood Crossing Senior Residences. A section-42 senior property can be a hotbed for bedbugs and difficult to contain: Chanel gave us the science and causes of bedbugs here on the property and was methodical in treatment. She was courteous to the unique needs of various residents and her customer service skills are top notch. Her treatments are EFFECTIVE and help prevent future bedbug fiascos. She definitely relieves the headaches of any bedbug issues on site and we are confident in her getting the job done right.

I called and we were both ready to start the treatment plan and payment. Definitely affordable. They met up with myself and the landlord, and the knowledge they have is AMAZING. Very professional. She even taught my landlord a few things. Even though I canceled the treatment plan based on our whole discussion, i thank her for giving my landlord good advices on how to properly treat. I feel bad for making her drive to my location without a payment but grateful my Landlord and I learned a lot from her. Thank you a lot.
