Our basement was a victim of the torrential rainfall that hit Chicago on July 4th weekend in 2023. Because of the severe rainfall our whole basement was damaged due to sewage backup. I notified our insurance company that we needed assistance to mitigate all the damage that was done. George called me within an hour after I called my insurance and his team was on site the very next morning removing all the contaminated and molded surfaces (removed all flooring, baseboards, door systems, and drywall/insulation 2ft high), disinfected, and dried everything. His lead supervisor on site Juan was very personable and helpful. They did a great job getting my home safe for my family and worked very quickly! A Plus Restoration did an amazing job. We had the unfortunate circumstances of having a water leak. It damaged the bathroom tile, our adjoining bedroom wood flooring, and the ceiling below. They did the initial mitigation work. Which we were very impressed at how quickly, neatly and efficiently they did the demo work to begin with. Have seen so many companies destroy areas with no care. Their great work helped us make the easy decision to also hire them for the repairs. They provided an incredibly detailed estimate so we knew exactly what would need to be done for each room. I recently had George and his crew repair the water damage to my condo garage and family room due to the neighbor leaving her utility sink on for an extended period. His crew did a great job! They were hard working and very personable. Also, they were meticulous in their work. I will be using them for my parents home too.

Just had my roof restored by A Plus and I’m really happy. They were honest, friendly, and really knew their stuff. I live in Palatine, and finding a reliable contractor around here can be hit or miss—but they were great. They walked me through everything step by step, stayed on schedule, and the finished product looks amazing. It seriously feels like I have a brand-new roof without the cost of a full replacement.
