Excellent customer service! Initial contact was with a pleasant voice, Molly in the office. She arranged for Gage to meet us within a few hours. He patiently walked us thru our repair process with ease. He kindly presented back to our home to meet with the adjuster and awaited the adjusters reply from our homeowners claim. They offered a well organized packet of their services, shingle options, etc. The quote of services provided was well described with an affordable quote making it possible to get the roof replaced. Weather changes unexpectedly had us rescheduling a couple times, Gage kept us informed. Older home with a smaller job, this service and respect is hard to find.
