The lady on the phone I spoke with was very sweet and very professional and very personal. Then Mr Fred Gray he was absolutely terrific. He was very professional very personal he was just an I don't know around super nice guy and he told me exactly what he was doing and he told me exactly what he was going to do and he fixed my problem. I was very pleased with him and I will be calling you guys again for any of my issues that I have at the other places that I own as well as my own. Thank you so much

We were notified of an earlier appointment in the morning instead of the afternoon and that’s awesome because we were happy to get our issue taken care of quickly and he was very professional and knowledgeable of the equipment and he done an excellent and expeditious job at fixing what was wrong with our HVAC unit. He was also very friendly and done an excellent job at getting the materials required to fix our HVAC unit the same day instead of having to wait for things to be ordered. He also took the time to take all the stuff off of our heat pump that was broken/not working anymore and he also was kind enough to pull whatever was dead that was down in there and dispose of properly Without judgment.We are very happy with y’all service. Keep it up.!!!

I contacted Foothills last night because my air conditioner wasn't cooling my home. John quickly responded and had a service man here this morning. Technician Fred Gray came by today. He was beyond helpful to me. I am a widow and he went over and above to show me things I needed to be aware of to keep me safe. He was very polite and I knew I could trust him. He even went down in my crawl space for me to turn my dehumidifier on. Thank you, Fred, and thank you Foothills that I am now in a much more comfortable environment!
