We had removed some old laminate from our den to discover mold underneath. We called UWRG and Pierceson came right away to give us an estimate. A few days later, he came out and sprayed to kill the mold. Our carpenter had cut a hole in our floor to remove the damaged wood and Pierceson sprayed inside the crawlspace while he was here which was much appreciated. We were happy that the product he used was a natural product and did not smell bleachy like some mold killers do. We really liked Pierceson and were happy with the customer service, the timeline, the product and the end result. We would certainly recommend UWRG of Hickory, NC and will likely be calling them again to demo our bathroom.

This company top notch showed up very fast. Did what they needed to do and got to work right away. From Nate answering the first call to his project manager Pierson. Would recommend it if you experience a water loss or mold this is the go to company to call. Thanks Guys

I literally cannot say enough good things about this company and Nate. We had a water heater basically explode in our office on a Sunday. I have the security camera footage of me unlocking the door a few seconds before 8:04 AM. Within 15 minutes, Nate and his team were on site assessing the situation. Less than 10 minutes after that, they were bringing in their equipment and had already started moving our sample tables and other personal property out of the flooded area.
