I have been working on my This-Old-House since 1991, and these Two Folks are Craftsmen who take pride in their Craft. My Foundation Block work is so beautiful I DO NOT want to backfill now.... A work ethic that you just can't find anymore. A & R Masonry redid my front stairs and walkway. I can not say enough about Joe and Cathy's work ethic and attention to detail with this project. My stairs and walkway look amazing. It transformed how the front of my house looks. Cathy and Joe really spent a lot of time talking with us to understand what we were trying to accomplish. They offered suggestions on what might look nice and sent us pictures of various ideas that could work. Cathy was fantastic, also helping with landscaping ideas around the new walkway. When they opened up the stairs, they found that the existing stair core was in much worse shape than originally thought. Unlike most out there these days, they did not try to take advantage of the situation and price gouge

A&R Masonry were top notch. I called their company and spoke with Kathy. We discussed my job, which was extending my fireplace hearth. Joe, with A&R Masonry came to my home and assessed the job. I spoke again with Kathy, she was able to schedule me an appointment within two weeks. Joe came out to my home with his assistant and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

Great company. Joe put new granite tread on existing concrete step. Called them back for a second job and Joe built a concrete block base for my new shed to sit on. Kathie coordinated all work and sent estimates in a timely manner. This company does professional work, is honest & reliable and has reasonable prices. I would highly recommend A&R Masonry!

Joe and Kathy are just lovely to work with. They do top quality work and their prices are extremely competitive. You feel like you're talking to someone you have known for years. I will call them for all my future masonry work.
