I had the best experience with James. From day one he was always there to help guide, support and reassure me through this long process with my insurance company. From start to finish with all my questions he was very poliet, quick to respond and the biggest thing -dependable. He coached me what step was next and how to handle things efficiently. I really depended on him and got the best results for my siding and roofing job! I couldnt of asked for a better experience and outcome on my home. Definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service!! A+ Roofing and Siding were quick to answer my call and give me an estimate. I needed some of my siding replaced and they were able to get me on the schedule within two business days. Patrick was an excellent sales person. He presented all of my options and any potential issues the might arise during the installation of my roof. Due to the sever cold spell experienced the last few weeks, he kept me apprised of the situation, and was ready to go once there was a window of opportunity to get the roof done. The window open this week and on cue his crew was ready to go and showed up at the time he said they would be there. They were actually early and knocked out the whole roof in one day. As Patrick mentioned with his original consultation, there might be a need to re-sheet the whole roof with new plywood. This turned out to be the case. There was also an issue with my front gutter that required the crew to fix the facia and eves to allow the gutter to be hung properly.

Definitely five stars. James' experience and professionalism is commendable. Choosing A+ was the best thing for me. James was available any time I had questions and answered without hesitation throughout the entire roof replacement. Kudos to the roofing crew who worked well together and completed the whole job in a single day including very thorough cleanup. I would recommend A+ to anyone who needs a roof

Dustin took the time to explain the process as well as how our roof would be fixed correctly. The entire crew worked tirelessly in extreme heat and were always cordial and professional.
