Great service been a customer for 30+ years and they never dissapoint

This business was contracted to do some electrical work at my home by my general contractor. A ans S left my home to pick up 3 small stair lights, they told me they would be back to finish the job. They never returned until 7:40 am the next day. They didn't even have the courtesy to let me know they were here, nor did they offer an explanation why I wasted a majority of the day waiting for them to return and they never did. Another issue with them is I told one of the workers that they damaged a wall taking off a light switch cover. They have never indicated how they would fix it. They simple finished the electrical work and left without saying anything. I would not recommend using this company.

They came to fix a light switch and add an outlet to my kitchen island. The light switch was fixed quickly, but they were unable to figure out where the wiring in the kitchen island connected to the wall, so the outlet was not installed. However, they cut a hole for the outlet and put a blank plate over it. The plate was attached crooked, and the hole was larger than the plate, so the end result is quite ugly. They charged me for four hours of work for the unfinished job. Overall, my impression is that their technicians lack some skills and are not good at communicating when they run into problems.
