A & T Well and Pump

I promised I would leave a review due to the amazing customer service I received from Lewis, (and I wasn’t even a paying customer!) I emailed the company page on New Year’s Eve, not expecting to hear back for a while but instead I received a phone call on New Year’s day from Lewis. I had an ongoing issue with my Well that another company attempted to fix and Lewis spent at least 30 minutes explaining everything to me that I would need to know in order to resolve the issue, Without asking for anything in return. I told him how appreciative I was and he said this is a family run business and they treat everyone as if it’s their family. I will always remember the kindness & know they treat their customers like family !!

Stewart and Tyler did a fantastic job replacing our well and tank! They showed up first thing Saturday morning, had everything done and water running in about 90min! With their customer service, knowledge, fast response time and warranty I cannot recommend them enough!

I called A & T Saturday evening when our old jet pump system finally took its last sip. Daniel came out and had us fully swapped over to a new submersible pump by early afternoon on Sunday. He did a great job and was very professional. I'd recommend A & T to any of my friends or family!

Fantastic service, quickly diagnosed the problem, actually showed me the rusted out connection and explained why it happened. Quickly replaced our pump and moved our pressure tank for us. If you can imagine beautiful pump work this would be it. It was a pleasure working with such a professional company.

My husband and I are new home owner and our first time on well water , late Sunday night our water completely stopped coming out the faucet. My husband called and talked with Stuart who answered all his questions and was able to come out first thing Monday morning. Not only did he come and fix the issue but he took the time to show my husband how wells work and how to check our filter again if needed . Will absolutely recommend and will be calling here again in the future should I need service .
