A Votre Service!

This is our first year using A Votre Service. They have been an incredible find. They willingly met with us on a Saturday to go over what was needed and to discuss all the relevant information. They then showed up each time when they said they would and were attentive and thoroughly checked the property. Most impressive, however, when an issue developed after hours I emailed asking if there was any way someone could go take care of it that evening or the next morning. They responded immediately that the message had been passed along and the issue would be handled that night or the next morning. Within 90 minutes of my sending the email asking for help, someone was at the house, taking care of the issue, and then I was emailed pictures showing that the issue was resolved and secured. This

The AVS team did a wonderful job of cleaning and tidying up after eight adults, four kids under four and one especially furry yellow Lab, a major shedder. The team’s attention to the smallest details was impressive and much appreciated. We highly recommend AVS.

Fantastic communication and helpful service, beyond expectation. We were able to book them quickly, and they came early - exactly as promised. Our house needed a "deep cleaning" after a long period of use. After the AVS cleaning, the entire house really shines!

We moved out of state and AVS Hamptons set us up with a handy man that helped us pack and organize our belongings. He did a great job and would highly recommend their services.

Brenda and the team at A Votre Service have been incredibly professional, friendly, and well qualified to handle every issue that has come up with our home, both big and small. The housekeepers are very thorough; the office manager and staff are extremely responsive over email and phone calls (and endlessly patient and friendly with clients like me who have long, detailed lists of to dos!) I don't know how we'd manage our home out on the East End without them.
