Our carpet and tile had broken splintered glass all over them /,Kristen A-Z home ! Called them / They came right away and took care of my mess ! Great service!

Did water damage work on unit above us and their machine malfunctioned and caused damage to our unit and Kristin took accountability for the damage. This took place in July and they have still not paid for the repairs. Now cant get calls back or email responses either.

We were so pleased with our air duct cleaning experience with A-Z Home Services and Restoration. They came out the day after we called to set an appointment. The two gentlemen doing the cleaning did great work explaining the process and even giving some insight to our home’s duct work. They cleaned up all messes that resulted from removing all vents to clean them thoroughly. I would highly recommend them!

We had these fine folks out to take care of our air vents when we first moved in. So glad we did, my wife was having trouble sleeping and breathing at night. The junk they showed me that was in the duct work before their truck sucked it all out was surprising and scary, lol. I highly recommend them for any of the services they offer.

A-Z was thorough and efficient with our mold remediation, which is an insanely overwhelming process, and the communication was top notch. We truly felt like Kristin and her team cared about our families well being.
